The Japanese currency started to fall during the European session and after the release of GDP in the U.S. plunged further. USD/JPY peaked at 91.60, and then pulled back to 91.35. Currently trades at 91.41/44. 0.85% above today's opening price.
Against European currencies, the Yen is losing yesterdays gains. GBP/JPY jumped almost 400 pips. The pair bottomed at 147.60 (one-week low) and then started to rally peaking at 151.60 (intra-week high). Currently the pair trades at 151.25/30. EUR/JPY rebounded at 132.80 and rose to 135.60 (intra-day high). The pair is rising after three days with losses.
