Allie Loftis, the 13-year-old runaway from Mass., was found living in the home of a 42-year-old New Jersey man. My family is happy to have her back for the holidays, her father Tony Loftis told IBTimes in a exclusive telephone interview. Tony was unable to provide any information regarding the arrest of Garzon.

The New Jersey police were able to locate Loftis after receiving a tip, according to the MetroWest Daily News.

The man harboring Loftis, Jorge Luis Garzon, has been arrested by the Special Victims Unit of the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, according to the New York Post. Garzon is being charged with kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a minor and more.

As previously reported by the IBTimes, Loftis, a pretty 5'4, 130 lb. teenager, ran away from home on Nov. 4 and boarded a Peter Pan bus that dropped her off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. She was originally believed to be hiding somewhere in Brooklyn. Though an arrest has been made, it's still unclear how Garzon and Loftis met.
