Francis Bianco, 76-Year-Old Arrested For Allegedly Masturbating Inside Florida Winn-Dixie, Claims He Was Just Urinating [PHOTO]

A 76-year-old Florida man was charged with indecent exposure, loitering and prowling after he was allegedly caught masturbating inside a Fort Myers Beach grocery store Friday.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Francis Bianco was seen masturbating next to a van at a Fort Myers Winn-Dixie grocery store, WZVN reported Monday.

The 76-year-old was urinating on the ground by a bus stop when a sheriff’s deputy arrived on the scene. When the deputy asked why Bianco didn’t use a restroom at two nearby restaurants, the 76-year-old was unable to give an answer, according to the television station.

Bianco denied to the deputy that he was masturbating, but the law enforcement officer was skeptical of the 76-year-old’s claim since he arrived on the scene at 12:32 p.m. Friday, 26 minutes after the call about Bianco masturbating was dispatched to police.

“The deputy told Bianco that would have been a lot of time for him to have his genitals out of his pants if he was just urinating,” the station reported, adding, “Bianco didn't have an answer for that, either.”

Bianco was arrested on charges of loitering, prowling and indecent exposure and booked into the Lee County Jail, according to the station.
