“Fuller House” Season 2 Spoilers
Joey’s (David Coulier) family will be introduced in Season 2 of Netflix’s “Fuller House.” Netflix

Joey Gladstone is married? Cut. It. Out.

Not only does Joey (David Coulier) have a wife, but he also has a gaggle of kids (four to be exact!) — a family that will be introduced in Season 2 of the hit Netflix series “Fuller House.” The network has yet to reveal which actors will fill these new roles.

Who is Joey’s mystery spouse? Well, her name is Ginger and she’s exactly who you would expect to accept a wedding proposal performed in the voice of Mr. Woodchuck. It was revealed that Ginger is an “enthusiastic, upbeat, fun-loving magician,” which means she has a few tricks up her sleeve — and in her hat — to keep up with her comical beau.

Why wasn’t Ginger introduced during Season 1 of the “Full House” reboot? The show’s creator, Jeff Franklin, divulged to TVLine that Joey’s wife didn’t make it into the Season 1 script because it wasn’t the timing wasn't right.

“It just didn’t fit anywhere in the stories we developed. We had Joey — in the stories we were using him — come in for specific reasons. We just haven’t gotten to everything yet, and we don’t get to everything, even in the 13 episodes.”

Fans will get to meet Joey’s better half and his four children during the Thanksgiving installment, which is set to be the show’s sixth episode. The Gladstone family will break bread with the Tanner clan and the Katsopolis crew — a sight fans of “Fuller House” caught a glimpse of in a behind-the-scenes photo.

Jodie Sweetin, who portrays Stephanie, snapped a selfie of herself and her co-stars during their Season 2 table read.

“Table reading time for A Fuller House Thanksgiving!!” she captioned the group shot.

“Fuller House” has not been given a Season 2 premiere date.
