“The Hills” alum Lauren Conrad has joined the millions of “Game of Thrones” fans obsessed with the show, and like any other fangirl, she has a favorite among the cast. In a blog post titled “25 Things You Didn’t Know About Me,” Conrad confessed that Clarke, who plays the Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen, in the HBO series, is her “girl crush.”

“My girl crush is Emilia Clarke from 'Game of Thrones.' I love her Instagram. Why is she the cutest thing ever?” the 30-year-old bestselling author wrote Monday, Aug. 29 in her final “Ask Lauren” post for August.

In the same post, she also shared that one of her all-time favorite movies is “Dirty Dancing” and that she and her husband William Tell play her favorite game, backgammon, “all the time.” Conrad also dished that she can “make a mean chicken dish with an artichoke, white wine and butter sauce, served over angel hair pasta,” which her husband has dubbed Chicken Á La Lauren. The former reality star also revealed that she has two dogs, Chloe and Fitzgerald.

Conrad has been taking questions from her fans all month, which she called “Ask Me Anything August,” and answered some of them via her website LaurenConrad.com. She’s given fans advice on a wide variety of topics, which include dealing with messy roommates and making small talk.

Meanwhile, Conrad recently opened up about her very public split from ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler in 2006, Us Weekly reported.

“After we went on a break from filming, it was like a couple weeks in, I finally decided to end things. We broke up. I said, ‘You have three days to get your stuff out, I’m having the locks changed on Monday.’ So when I saw Jason that day, it was the first time I had seen him since we had broken up. It was really hard. What made it harder was I could see he wasn’t sober,” she shared on Aug. 2 on “The Hills’” 10th anniversary MTV special, “That Was Then, This Is Now.”

She explained that at the time, she felt responsible for her ex, who had been suffering from alcohol addiction, and was burdened with guilt when they broke up. “That really broke me, because I felt responsibility to take care of him, and I felt like when we broke up I was abandoning him. Because there were a lot of nights that I was getting 2 a.m. phone calls and I had to go pick him up passed out in the back of a club. So I was like, who is doing that now, I know he doesn’t have friends who are doing it. I was like, ‘Oh, God, no one is taking care of him,’” she recalled.

Both Conrad and Wahler have since moved on from their breakup. After getting sober, he tied the knot with Ashley Slack in 2013, while Conrad and her husband wed in September 2014.
