The 3rd Georgia Fashion Week has opened under the theme of Art is Fashion, Fashion is Art at the city of Tbilisi in the State Academic Theatre.
Georgian fashion designer Bastien De Almeida showed his collection for opening of the show. He captivated the audience with his 20th century colorful vintage look. Anuka Keburia displayed dresses made with transparent vinyl.

18 designers from nearby Asian countries and European countries came to show their Fall/Winter Collections. Notable ones include Nur of Armenia, Fahria Halapova of Azerbaijan and Marco Corso of Italy. Exhibitions and master-classes will also be organized.
Moreover, a one-day festival of short films about fashion named ? Shaded View on Fashion Film will be held in the context of the Fashion Week; it will be presented by Diane Pernet.
