Two more wins and the Georgia Bulldogs can clinch a spot in the Southeastern Conference championship game, beginning with their matchup against the Ole Miss Rebels Saturday afternoon at Sanford Stadium.

The Bulldogs gave themselves a direct line to the East division regular season title by spoiling Florida’s undefeated season last week with a grinding 17-9 win

They survived six turnovers, including three interceptions by quarterback Aaron Murray, and held the Gators to 75 rushing yards.

The junior Murray made up for his mistakes with a 45-yard touchdown pass to receiver Malcolm Mitchell with 7:11 left in the game to give the Bulldogs the lead for good.

Georgia linebacker Jarvis Jones led the way for the defense, with 13 tackles, three sacks, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. However will have to play with more discipline Saturday, as they were also charged with 14 penalties for a loss of 132 yards against the Gators.

Ole Miss recovered from two straight losses with two wins, including last week’s 30-27 nail-biter against Arkansas.

With the game knotted 27-27 after Arkansas’ Dennis Johnson rushed for a five-yard score, Rebels’ quarterback Bo Wallace led the final drive to set up kicker Byron Rose’s 31-yard field goal as the clock expired.

Ole Miss will need their defense to step up Saturday, as they’ve surrendered 27 or more points in five games, and 30 or more in three.

The contest begins at 3:30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast by CBS, or you can watch their live online stream at CBS Sports here.

Prediction: If the Georgia defense can dominate like last week, they will be one win away from the SEC title game. Murray will make up for his miscues last week and the Bulldogs will prevail in a rout.
