German Industrial Production in March continued to expand despite slowing from February, where they were better than expectations and compensated slightly for the heavy drop in factory orders reported yesterday.

Industrial production rose 0.7% on the month from a revised 1.7% rise from 1.6% and above the expected 0.5% gain. On the year production rose 11.2% from 15.2% revised from 14.8% and also beat the expected 10.3% gain.
