US first quarter advanced reading of its Annualized GDP came in at 3.2%; worse than the forecasted growth rate of 3.3% and the prior growth expansion of 5.6%, while the GDP Price Index for the same period came in as predicted at 0.9% from 0.5%.

Now, the first quarter advanced reading of the Personal Consumption rose cheerfully to 3.6%; better than the forecasted 3.3% from 1.6%, while the Core PCE of the same period came in at 0.6%, which is better than the predicted reading of 0.5% but worse than the prior reading of 1.8%.
