The Good Wife
Alicia (Julianna Margulies) goes after Judge Schakowsky (Christopher McDonald) in episode 13 of "The Good Wife" Season 7. CBS

Alicia (Julianna Margulies) has been a pressure cooker of spite and vengeance in Season 7 of CBS' "The Good Wife." Ever since the reveal that Eli (Alan Cumming) had erased Will's (Josh Gardner) voice message, she has been a bit on edge. It does not help that she is holed inside her apartment where she is running a new start-up law firm with Lucca (Cush Jumbo). However, the promo for episode 13 reveals that Alicia may be picking one battle too many in "Judged."

According to the synopsis for episode 13, Alicia sues the sleazy Judge Schakowsky (guest star Christopher McDonald) when she suspects that a former bond court client was wrongfully imprisoned by him. Whether Alicia is on the right side of the law here or not, taking a judge to court is no easy task. Plus, the promo reveals that Schakowsky is none to pleased to hear he will have to stand trial.

"Are you out of your mind, Mrs. Florrick? Suing a sitting a judge?" he asks with considerable venom.

However, the promo teases even more drama. Alicia is stressed out and under attack from all sides. The clash with Schakowsky is putting her over the edge, her feud with Eli is reaching a boiling point, and there is still the impending decision on whether to let her and Lucca's new firm be absorbed by Cary (Matt Czuchry) and Lockhart-Agos has her stressed. As a result of one, or, more likely, all, of those things, Alicia is not doing too well. A scene from the promo shows her mid-teary eyed meltdown as Lucca tries to comfort her. Lucca asks a pretty ominous question.

"I have to ask," says Lucca, "Are there any guns in this apartment?"

Is Alicia on suicide watch? The promo keeps things pretty vague, but one thing is certain. In her distress, Alicia runs into the arms of Jason (Jeffrey Dean Morgan)! This forbidden romance is heating up!
