The final three bodies from the weekend Kansas grain elevator explosion were recovered this morning, according to The Associated Press.

The explosion shot an orange fireball into the sky, The AP reported. A total of six people died and two were injured in the explosion, The AP reported. Structural damage resulted in the last three bodies not being recovered until today.

The families of the victims were on hand Monday, and were having trouble dealing with the process.

I don't know what else to do, Patty Field, mother of victim Curtis Field, said to The AP. I just want him home -- I mean, out of there. I want him home, but I know he's not coming home.

The president of Bartlett Grain, the company who owned the facility, said the exact cause of the explosion was not known, The AP reported.
