A graphic and violent Facebook Live video showing four 18-year-old black Chicago-area teenagers assaulting and torturing a white 18-year-old male with special needs while also defaming President-elect Donald Trump and white people went viral Wednesday, leading to the arrest of the four teens, NBC News reported.

The video, which appears to show the victim gagged and tied up with duct tape, was recorded late Tuesday afternoon and later posted to YouTube, also showed the young man was kicked and slapped while one of the alleged perpetrators yelled “F--- Donald Trump” and “F--- white people.”

The almost 30-minute long clip, which YouTube has since taken down, also showed the young man’s shirt cut with a knife and some of his hair was cut to the scalp, showing a bald patch on his head.

The suspects, two men and two women, are expected to face charges Thursday, according to NBC. Reports indicate the victim may have been held hostage for as long as 48 hours.

"It's sickening," Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson told reporters at a press conference Wednesday night. "It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that. I've been a cop for 28 years and seen things that you shouldn't see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me that you see things that you shouldn't."

The names of the suspects and the victim are presently unknown, but reports indicate the victim attended the same school as one of his alleged attackers.

The four suspects reportedly stole a van and transported the victim from the suburb of Streamwood to an apartment on Chicago’s West Side, FOX 32 reported.

Police officers had found the victim walking around the neighborhood in cold weather wearing shorts and disoriented. He was later taken to a hospital.
