GreenHouse Holdings, provider of energy efficient facilities solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Prime Solutions, Inc., a leader in utility and energy systems engineering and project management. The agreement is designed to integrate Greenhouse’s automation and controls competencies with PSI’s utility and energy engineering expertise to provide packaged solutions for utilities as well as Demand Response (DR) providers and end users.

GreenHouse VP of Energy Services, Rob Davis, summarized the respective value of the agreement. “The alliance will enable both parties to expand our customer bases, enter into new markets and provide additional value-added services to our existing customers. We will therefore continue to provide world-class support and service to our existing and new portfolio of clients.”

PSI CEO, William May, added, “We’ve teamed up with GreenHouse because they are a recognized innovator, providing fully integrated demand-side solutions, such as Automated Demand Response, which dovetails perfectly with our energy efficiency and distributed generation services. We are very excited to be aligned with GreenHouse’s competent industry professionals.”

The fact that PSI is located in the northeast U.S. provides an ideal demographic for Greenhouse to expand their DR and energy efficiency support services to utilities, end users, and DR aggregators.

Greenhouse Holdings designs, engineers, and installs products and technologies allowing clients to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint. Markets include residential, commercial, industrial, government, and military markets. Greenhouse also provides facilities for use in disaster relief and security in austere environments.
