Season 11 of “Grey’s Anatomy” is coming to an end. And you can bet Shonda Rhimes, creator of the long-running ABC series, will end the dramatic season with a big, bloody bang. But considering the eleventh installment has continuously left our mouths agape (Derek [Patrick Dempsey] was killed, Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] had a baby and Calzona [Sara Ramirez, Jessica Capshaw] broke up), we can’t even imagine what the mastermind of the medical drama will have up her sleeve for the finale episode “You’re My Home.”

Even the promo video for the upcoming episode teases that “with a season like this, no one can predict what happens next.” But luckily for fans, ABC has released seven images from the final episode of Season 11, giving viewers a quick glimpse of just how wild forthcoming installment will be.

Calzona fans rejoice! In the promo photos, viewers can see that Callie and Arizona will have a moment in “You’re My Home.” But from the stern looks on their faces, it doesn’t seem like a romantic rekindling will occur. Instead, the two doctors look serious, as though they’re working together to help save Heather Matarazzo’s character and the baby.

In the previous episode, Matarazzo’s character suffered a horrific injury, which nearly paralyzed her, when a tunnel collapsed on the car she and the father of her child were driving in. Thankfully, the doctors were able to deliver her (healthy) child and save the patient from being paralyzed.

Since Callie and Arizona broke up in an earlier episode of Season 11, fans have been forced to watch the two awkwardly side step around each other. But the orthopedic surgeon and pediatric doctor will have to work hand in hand if they want to keep their patient healthy in the finale episode.

It was revealed that Callie will also be spending some time with another Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital surgeon in the upcoming episode: Amelia (Caterina Scorsone). In the finale photos, the two strong woman look as though they are preparing for surgery. Perhaps they’re prepping for the operation of the man who was crushed during the accident.

Initially, April (Sarah Drew) didn’t think the “black tag” would stand a chance at survival -- especially because he was so far from the hospital. But the ambitious doctor thought outside the box and decided to bring the victim to the front doors of Grey Sloan.

“Let’s give him a chance!” she shouted before the doctors started getting to work.

In episode 25, the “doctors will continue to tackle an unfathomable crisis," according to the synopsis, as they are “reminded of what is important and brought closer together on the season finale of ‘Grey’s Anatomy.'” Check out the images from the finale below:
