Gwen Stefani is the most recent celebrity to hop on the Twitter train. The singer and mother of two joined the social network on Wednesday, posting her first tweet with her handle, @gwenstefani: @nodoubt I know how I'm gonna celebrate! By making music today with @TonyKanal @TomDumontND @AdrianYoungND.

She then proceeded to post photos for fans of her from the 1980s, with short hair and a rounder, youthful face. I remember this girl - still the same voice a little deeper hair a little lighter! gx, one tweet read.

Me & my super cool brother eric s- 8th grade- holding autographs of our favorite band madness - 5 years before nd gx, read a tweet with a photo of Stefani and her brother posing in a parking lot.

Gwen Stefani has already accrued over 27,000 followers and counting. The move to Twitter surely coincides with No Doubt's reunion. Stefani debuted her Twitter account on the 25th anniversary of the band's first official club show which took place at Fender's Ballroom in Long Beach, Calif., on March 14, 1987.

The other members of the band also debuted their official Twitter accounts: @nodoubt, @tomdumontND,@tonykanal and @adrianyoungND.

Stefani has been photographed at a Los Angeles recording studio, working on her band's new album. The release will mark No Doubt's first record in over a decade. Rock Steady was released in 2001. Stefani has spent the last 10 years working on solo music projects, her fashion lines (L.A.M.B. and a Target capsule collection) and being a mom to Kingston and Zuma.
