Halle Berry has put her Hollywood Hills mansion up for sale.

TMZ reports that several estate sources have confirmed that the house is on the market, and that Berry gave prominent realtor Billy Rose, from high-end real estate company The Agency, a “pocket listing” for the property, meaning the home is not being publicly advertised as for sale.

News of the deal follows an incident last week in which the actress’ current boyfriend, Olivier Martinez, and her ex Gabriel Aubry got into a physical altercation in front of the house on Thanksgiving Day.

The house is reportedly on the market for $15 million; according to TMZ, Berry has already received a bid for $11 million, but she is holding out for a better offer.

The now infamous Tuscan-style estate spans 5,900 square feet and has five bedrooms, a pool, a spa and a 1,400 square foot guesthouse.

The home actually belonged to Rose approximately 10 years ago; the broker renovated the property and sold it to actor Frankie Muniz, who in turn sold it to Berry.

It is known that Berry has plans to move to France to be with her fiancé, Olivier Martinez.

However, the actress recently lost a highly publicized custody motion between her and her ex Gabriel Aubrey; a judge blocked her attempt to take their daughter Nahla with her to France.

The Thanksgiving Day fight between Aubry and Martinez was supposedly over the outcome of the legal battle.

Since then, Berry has obtained an order of protection against Aubry and Aubry has obtained an order of protection against Martinez.
