Consumers can expect to hear of a few deals or freebies that correspond to just about any given holiday. And with the end of October swiftly approaching, shoppers can look forward to several Halloween giveaways.

For the cosmetics enthusiast, beauty brand Julep is offering a free 3-piece beauty box that includes a Halloween-themed nail polish through Nov. 4 for new subscribers who use the code SWEETTREAT. The box, which also includes a cheek palette and lip color, is valued at $40.

More than a dozen Halloween-themed reads are available for Kindle at no cost on Amazon’s website. The eBooks include spooky young adult books, several themed short stories and a selection of chilling novels. A Halloween soundtrack is also available from Amazon Music.

For those looking to stock up on Halloween decorations prior to the holiday, Halloween Express is giving away a $5 discount coupon to anyone who signs up for its email list. The site also offers a number of shipping promo codes for discounts on orders both large and small.

As for options available to the younger crowd, IHOP is offering a free Scary Face Pancake to customers aged 12 and younger on Tuesday, Oct. 31. The pancake comes topped with strawberries, whipped cream, Mini Oreo cookies and candy corn for teeth.

Chick-fil-A is also offering a kids special: Children in costume will receive a complimentary treat on Halloween between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at participating locations. And Chuck E. Cheese will give away slices of its Candy Corn Pizza on the hour, every hour from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Halloween.

Chipotle will be discounting burritos on Halloween to just $3 for those dressed in costume. It’s also offering a chance to win a year’s worth of free burritos by texting BOORITO to 888222 on or before Oct. 31.

Free pet collar safety lights, treats and coupons are available at PetSmart’s Halloween Spooktacular on Oct. 21 and Oct. 28 between noon and 3 p.m. For more details and information about locations, visit the event’s Facebook page.

And in preparation for the holiday, Dunkin Donuts is offering free mobile wallpapers on its website. Additionally, the chain is selling limited-run Halloween donuts that include a Spider Donut, Boston Scream, Witch’s Brew-Berry and Scary Strawberry.
