Avid fans of J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter” books had a treat when some of the stars which portrayed favorite characters in the book’s movie version, showed up for a mini-reunion at a Universal Orlando celebration.

Theme park enthusiasts and “Harry Potter” fans flocked to the Universal Orlando Resort over the weekend to join the festivities of the park’s three day “Harry Potter” event. In honor of the occassion, a few of the well-loved “Harry Potter” characters also made an appearance during the celebration. Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny Weasley, reunited with her on-screen brother Rupert Grint, who portrayed Ron Weasley, according to E!News.

Wright even took to Instagram on Sunday to share the “Harry Potter” reunion with her followers. She uploaded a picture of herself with Grint, as they struck matching poses of a hand on a hip. "Family time," she wrote and included the hashtag "#stillnoredheademoji.”

The two celebrities were also joined by other “Harry Potter” stars such as Evanna Lynch who portrayed Luna Lovegood, Matthew Lewis who played Neville Longbottom and Katie Leung who portrayed Cho Chang, E!News reported. The five stars joined together for a panel where they shared their memories while filming the “Harry Potter” movies.

Meanwhile, “Harry Potter” fans may recall that the character Cho Chang was the first girl that Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) kissed. In talking about that particular scene, actress Leung told People magazine that she had one regret about that Harry Potter moment. “I wish I never cut my hair the way I did,” Leung stated. “I had this horrific haircut!"

She also recounted how she felt during the first day she joined other “Harry Potter” stars on the set’s filming location. Leung shared that she was “completely overwhelmed” by the number of people involved in filming the movie. "Just not having an idea of what it was like to be on a film set,” she added. “I remember being really nervous and scared on the first day and consequently for another few months!"

Loyal fans living in the West Coast area will soon be able to enjoy the different “Harry Potter” rides and attractions given its upcoming opening in Universal Studios Hollywood this spring.
