'Hearthstone' Decorating Stormwind Tavern Brawl Guide: Decorate The City By Beating It Up

This week’s Hearthstone Tavern Brawl is called “Decorating Stormwind” and it’s a bit confusing. The match is PVE, where you face off against an AI Stormwind, and it’s your job “to set up decorations” by attacking it in its face. Deal 30 damage to Stormwind and you win the Tavern Brawl and net your one Journey To Un’Goro free pack. If you don’t deal 30 damage and quit out with a suicide deck, you won’t get the win or your pack. If you move past the threshold of 30, you can keep punching Stormwind until the game ends at 100 damage.

Stormwind has a unique hero power, called Party Barracks, which summons a random “Partygoer.” There are two different party crashers coming to Stormwind:

Happy Partygoer- 1-mana: 0/1 Taunt- Gain Health equal to Stormwind’s Attack

Ornery Partygoer -3-mana: Gain Attack and Health Equal To Stormwind’s Attack

To prepare the city for combat, Blizzard gave it a weapon called “Party Armory,” which starts as 0/1 that can’t attack. Every other turn, the attack of the weapon goes up, buffing the Partygoers and making the game much harder. Acidic Swamp Ooze won’t work by the way, don’t think I didn’t try.

Stormwind also has a deck of his own and really seems to really like Mage cards. It summons normal cards like Target Dummy and Mirror Entity, but also has a few cards of his own to bring to the party:
