LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Mario Chalmers combined to score 76 points as the Miami Heat held off the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game Four in Miami on Tuesday night to take a 3-1 series lead in the NBA Finals, 104-98.

Oklahoma City received scored 43 points from Russell Westbrook, who converted 20 shots on 32 attempts, but the star guard made a key mistake late in the game when he fouled Chalmers near the corner with less than five seconds remaining on the shot clock, and the game clock at about 13 seconds, while the Thunder trailing by just three points.

Chalmers would knock down the following two free throws to put the game away. It was an excellent performance by the unheralded point guard, who often slips under the headlines behind the prominent Big Three of the Heat. Chalmers not only scored 25 points, but he shot nine-for-15 from the field.

The Thunder were plauged by poor three-point shooting, converting just three shots on 16 attempts.

Kevin Durant scored 28 points for Oklahoma City, but besides the hot shooting from Westbrook, the Thunder didn't receive significant contributions from the rest of the squad.

Game Four takes place in Miami on Thursday night.
