It’s hard to talk about celebrity Halloween costumes and not mention Heidi Klum. When it comes to the "Project Runway" star, "understated" is a word that is rarely used.

The German supermodel has thrown her own Halloween party for more than 15 years and invites all of Hollywood’s A-list celebrities. In the mix of beautiful people, Klum, 43, makes sure she’s the one who stands out the most.

Below, some of her best looks have been listed.

Lady Godiva in 2001: Klum showed up to her Halloween party on a horse and wore a sparkling white bodysuit, blonde wig and had fake blood dripping from her mouth.

Betty Boop in 2002: Klum conjured the famous cartoon with, cartoonish eye makeup, satin gloves and a short dress.

Forbidden Fruit in 2006: Since she was pregnant at the time, Klum wore an apple suit to cover her belly.

Hindu goddess Kali in 2008: Klum was inspired after she and then-husband Seal went on a trip to India.

“Visible Woman” in 2011: Klum looked like she had her skin stripped from her body.

Ape in 2011: Klum had two costumes this year. It reportedly took six hours to get all her prosthetics on.

95-year-old version of herself in 2013: Klum dressed as an old lady. She was so convincing that she joked to the New York Post at the time that she almost didn’t get into her own party. “No one recognized me!” she said.

Butterfly in 2014: ​While some people go for the cute or sexy look when they dress as a butterfly, Klum embraced the bug part of the creature.

Jessica Rabbit in 2015: Klum disguised herself once again, but this time it was to morph into Roger Rabbit’s beloved wife.
