Haier’s offers home theatre systems, mini speakers, multimedia stereo systems, digital disc players and more traditional and modern style stereo systems. Heli utilizes its distribution network and sales channels to drive these products throughout the Mainland China marketplace.
Xin Qiu, president and CEO of Heli, said the company’s established and future partnerships with Chinese retailers allow the company to extend its reach.
“We have been able to expand our company by leveraging our relationships. For example, we are able to distribute our AV products through Suning, which is the leading chain superstore in the industry of IT, electronics and home appliances retail in China. They run 1,000 chain stores covering more than 300 cities in 30 provinces and municipalities all over China. There are many more of these types of relationships which we plan to leverage,” Qiu stated in the press release.
Heli executes its distribution operations through distributors, agents and cooperation with large domestic electrical appliance supermarkets and chain stores. The company said it plans on expanding via online and TV shopping networks, as well as through specialty stores and special display areas in electronics stores.
The company currently has 48 co-distributors or agents, 62 special display areas within electronics stores, 31 specialty stores in southern China, 40 co-distributors or agents, 57 special display areas in stores and 27 specialty stores in other areas of the country.
“We have worked very hard and have achieved great strides in a very short time, and we hope to continue to grow our revenues and remain profitable by expanding our markets and distribution channels, with future plans to build our own online mall within three years,” Qiu stated.
