Fan-favorite Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) returned to "Heroes Reborn" in episode 6 and he took Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) back to the past. Noah and Hiro will try to change the tragic events that happened on June 13, 2014 the not only resulted in the death of his daughter Claire (Hayden Panettiere), but set forth a chain of events against evos. A few old heroes from the past will also make their return to the NBC drama.
The synopsis teases Mohinder Suresh (Sendhill Ramamurthy) and Angela Petrelli (Cristine Rose) from "Heroes" will return and their role in the June 13 event will be revealed. After learning what Erica's (Rya Khilstedt) true plans are for evos, Angela calls Mohinder just before he's scheduled to make a speech at the summit at Odessa.
Claire's fate may finally be revealed in episode 7 after the promo video teases that the biggest revelation of the season would happen next week as Angela is shown answering a phone call from Claire. The video also shows Hiro telling Noah that this time it's his turn to save the cheerleader, while Hiro focuses on stopping the bomb from going off. However, he'll need to use his sword when he runs into Harris Prime (Clé Bennett) and Prime will try to stop him.
Hiro might also run into another problem when Hachiro Otomo (Hiro Kanagawa) is introduced. Otomo was belived to be the father of Miko (Kiki Sukezane) until episode 6 showed that Miko was not even a real person, but a video game character created to serve as a virus that could break Hiro out of the Evernow game. In the past, Otomo is expected to make "a calculated move" against Hiro.
As the show goes back into the past, Luke (Zachary Levi) and Joanne (Judi Shekoni) will be shown at the summit on June 13 before their lives changed forever following the explosion. They'll be looking to find a cure for an ailment their son has. It will be interesting to see what Joanne was like before she started hunting down any evo she came across.
