A Spokane, Wash. high school kicker knocked in a record 67-yard field goal Thursday night.

Central Valley High’s Austin Rehkow went just over crossbar and tied the game at 55. Central Valley went on to beat rival Shade Park 62-55 in overtime.

Rehkow has hit field goals of 52 and 56 yards already this season, and the tied the record for the second longest kick in the nation.

Reportedly, Rehkow has an offer for a partial scholarship to Eastern Washington University.

For some perspective, the record for the longest field goal in NFL history is held by four kickers: Tom Dempsey, Jason Elam, David Akers, and Sebastian Janikowski. Each blasted a 63-yard field goal during their career, with Akers accomplishing the feat earlier this season with the San Francisco 49ers.
