U.S. senators voted 94 to 2 to confirmed Hillary Clinton as President Barack Obama's choice for Secretary of State on Wednesday.

Republican senators James DeMint and David Vitter voted against her. Four senators were marked as absent.

The confirmation came after Sen. John Cornyn had blocked her unanimous consent on Tuesday to extend debate about links to her husband and his list of thousands of foreign donors.
