Home prices In 20 U.S. Cities Drop In February

The Stanrard & Poor's reported today its CaseShiller 20 City and composite-20 indices showing hime prices in 20 metropolitan cities in the U.S. was 0.15 percent on an aseasonally adjusted basis from a revised -0.12 percent in January but slightly missing anlaysts' median estimates of 0.20 percent.

Year-on-year S&P/Caseshiller composite-20 index fell less than in Janaury to -3.49 percent from a revised -3.94 percent, faintly missing estimates of -3.40 percnet as well, but unfortunately still at its lowest since October 2002.
