Alana Thompson, the 8-year-old beauty queen, and her mother Mama June Thompson appeared on TMZ Live Monday to discuss the episode of "South Park" that spoofed their show.

The "South Park" gang are trying to figure out how to make some quick money, and that’s when they decide to be like “Honey Boo Boo.”

It was originally stated by The Hollywood Reporter that the family was making anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000 an episode, but after the show gained so much notoriety, TLC increased their salary.

“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” shows Thompson, aka Honey Boo Boo, doing pageants so she can “win money honey.”

The "South Park" characters realize they don’t want to earn money like Honey Boo Boo when they find out that she needs a heart transplant and is getting one from a pig.

MSouth Park" shows Honey Boo Boo and Mama June going to a pig farm to pick out a heart. Later in the episode, Mama June is shown talking to the cameras about the operation and Honey Boo Boo yells from the operating table that she’s going to say her new pig heart is sweeter than bacon.

Soon after getting her heart operation, Mama June is shown making her now-famous butter and ketchup marinara sauce to feed to her post-op daughter. Honey Boo Boo lifts up her shirt and exposes her scar from her heart surgery to the cameras.

Much of the show centered around the family eating “sketti and butter.”

Mama June didn’t care that the show focused on her weight because she is a big person, but she felt the show made them look trashy and that it wasn’t funny.

She told TMZ Live:

"Me being a big person, I didn't take offense ... that show is just not a show that I would want to be on in the first place."

She added, "Just the way they portrayed the show ... it was kinda trashy."
