Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Getting LME For $2.14B
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has agreed to pay $2.14 billion to buy the London Metal Exchange, whose shareholders will vote on the deal.
The Asian exchange beat three U.S. rivals, NYSE Euronext, InterContinental Exchange and CME Group for the 135-year-old company.
