Hood by Air has pulled out of its set show time for the forthcoming Paris Fashion Week women’s ready-to-wear collections.

The popular streetwear brand announced it would not be showing in Paris for its March 5 show during the fall/winter 2017 collections, the Fashion Network reported Monday. Originally, the show was scheduled to start at 7 p.m. local time Sunday. The spot has since been pulled, and John Galliano was noted as the final designer to show for Sunday at 6 p.m.

No exact reason was given as to why Hood by Air decided to cancel its show, but it cited “unforeseen circumstances.” Representatives of the brand did not immediately respond to International Business Times for comment.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we inform you that the fall-winter 2017 Hood by Air show scheduled on Sunday, 5 March 2017 is canceled,” a brand statement to WWD explained. “We will get back to you shortly regarding the collection.”

Hood by Air, which is headed by designer Shayne Oliver, was founded in 2006. The cult label, which invokes the ‘90s-style graphics and silhouettes, is a favorite of celebrities like Whoopi Goldberg and EJ Johnson.

Oliver was a 2014 LVMH Prize finalist and is known for his progressive collections and runway shows that defy convention and redefine gendered dressing.

Hood by Air announced in January that it would be skipping its traditional U.S.-based New York Fashion Week spot in favor of showing during the final round of Fashion Week shows in Paris, according to WWD. In January of 2016, the designer showed a more “couture-driven” collection in Paris on a day when both the menswear collections and couture collections overlapped.

“New York is cooler to show ready-to-wear in,” Oliver had told Vogue at the time. “I think we’re ready for a men’s couture moment.”

The news Monday arrived on the heels of Paris Fashion Week, which was set to begin Wednesday and run through March 7.
