Hope Solo, perhaps the most recognizable player on the U.S. Women's 2011 World Cup team, wants you to see more of her.

The attractive goalkeeper is apparently doing a nude photo shoot for ESPN The Magazine's upcoming "Body Issue." Solo made this comment on Twitter: "Being naked outside is very liberating....at least I hope it will be @ESPN and @ESPNMAG!!! GAMETIME BABY! Ball up!"

ESPN The Magazine offers artistic photos in its yearly Body Issue, so Solo likely won't be competely nude.

Solo, 30, also used Twitter to post a photo link where she's wearing a white bathrobe in a fountain with a friend. Her number of Twitter followers has surged in the past two weeks.

Earlier this month, Solo signed a $100,000-a-year deal with Gatorade.

Solo is currently recovering from a shoulder injury, and is sidelined for the rest of the season from her Women's Professional Soccer league club, magicJack.
