The American sitcom, Hot in Cleveland aired in TV land, starring Valerie Berlinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendy Malick and Betty White had its third season's highest viewers according to their PR release with a total recorded 2.4 million viewers on Wednesday 10 pm. The viewership rose by 22% from last week. It is TV Land's first original scripted series which had premiered on June 16, 2010 and is the highest rated show in the channel's 14-year-old history.

The series is about the lives of three women, who are past their prime entertainment veterans from LA. Their lives takes a turn when their Paris bound plane lands in Cleveland instead where they find a better life and decide to stay on. Currently the show is on its third season.

The number of women viewers went up by 31% from the previous week and the show is seen world over in about 165 countries. It is filmed in front of a live studio audience and is the brainchild of Emmy Award winning Suzzane Martin.

With two Emmy nominations for the show, including one for Betty White, in the Best Supporting Actress category, Hot in Cleveland is getting hotter by the day.
