Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) better brush up on his hacking skills, because he's going to be needing them a whole lot more in Season 3 of ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder."

According to a report from TVLine, Ricamora, 37, has been promoted to a season regular. His recurring role kicks in at the start of the new season, though the premiere date remains unclear. Ricamora was originally signed on for regular guest appearances, playing Connor's (Jack Falahee) love interest, and quickly became a fan favorite.

Also making regular appearances on the show in Season 3 will be Frank (Charlie Weber) — or so he thinks. Weber sat down with TVLine to discuss the drama his character encountered in Season 2. While he was uncertain of Frank's fate — telling the site that only writer Pete Nowalk really knows what's coming down the pike on "HTGAWM" — he was fairly certain he'd be back in most, if not all, of Season 3.

"Yes. As far as I know! Have you heard something?" Weber asked.

Season 2 wrapped on Thursday with a suspense-filled cliffhanger of an episode. Much of episode 15 surrounded Annalise's (Viola Davis) attempt to skirt legal trouble — yet again. Fortunately, with a little help from Nate (Billy Brown) and a shocking confession from Phillip (Jefferson White), she was able to convince ADA Denver (Benito Martinez) that she is innocent and Caleb (Kendrick Sampson) is a no-good, psychotic liar.

Meanwhile, Frank learned that Wes (Alfred Enoch) is well aware that Charles Mahoney (Adam Arkin) is his father, which, for some reason, got his wheels turning. Toward the end of the episode, titled "Anna Mae," viewers learned that Frank had been working for Mahoney 10 years earlier — sort of, anyway. He teamed up with a woman looking to set Annalise up. As such, Frank agreed to crash his car into Annalise's in the hopes of delaying the trial involving the wealthy hedge fund manager and Wes' mother. The guilt caused him to crack after it is revealed to him that the accident cost Annalise and Sam (Tom Verica) their child.

Frank then made it his mission to help Sam any way he could — even killing for him. Annalise was told this information when she returned home from Tennessee in the Season 2 finale and ordered that Frank be dealt with. Laurel (Karla Souza) then showed up at his apartment only to find that he'd gone missing. While she combed his apartment for any trace of him, Wes confroneds Mahoney. Their meeting was cut short, however, when Mahoney was shot in the head — was it Frank who pulled the trigger?
