How To Get Away With Murder” is only going to get crazier in Season 1, episode 4, according to the latest episode synopsis. After discovering that it was Lila’s (Megan West) phone in his bathroom, Wes (Alfred Enoch) is going to have some intel about the Lila Stanguard murder case that could prove to be detrimental to the case. But it’ll be hard to explain why he has a dead girl’s phone.

The promo for the episode makes it clear that they’ll be dealing with Lila’s case and Rebecca’s (Katie Findlay) confession to her murder. Check out the promo below:

In another sneak peek from the episode, Annalise (Viola Davis) confronts Wes about speaking to a client. He visited Rebecca in jail last week, and she apparently decided to confess to Lila’s murder. Annalise tells Wes that it’s his “big mouth that motivated our client into a confession,” but Wes doesn’t understand how he could have done that.

“Your behavior is starting to make me question whether you’re working for the other side,” Annalise says. “You better tell me in detail everything you ever said to her.”

Wes will also be working on another case with the team and Professor Keating. They’ll be defending Marren Trudeau (Elizabeth Perkins), a CEO who has been accused of insider trading. While investigating her case, they’ll uncover “a shocking truth.” Perhaps Annalise will finally feel guilty for representing the guilty.

In a sneak peek from TV Guide, the group meets Marren while her company is being searched by the FBI. They say that she purchased stocks in Edson Pharmaceutials with “insider knowledge” that the company was about to do well. Annalise states that they have no proof of insider trading, but an FBI agent plays a sex tape of Marren with Elias Edson (Jeff L. Williams).

“Well, take some notes, kids, because this is what pilates can do for you,” Marren says.
