Shortly after finding out he earned five Grammys 2018 nominations, Khalid announced that he’s going on tour in the new year.

The Best New Artist nominee is heading out on his Roxy Tour, which he named after the dog he just adopted, and will kick it off in New York City on Jan. 27, 2018 at the Radio City Music Hall before taking a short hiatus and picking it up again in May.

Since it was announced earlier on Tuesday that Khalid is nominated for multiple awards at the 2018 Grammys, his single show in New York City in January is now even more fitting as the following night the award show airs live from the same city.

Citi Card Members can buy concert tickets via a pre-sale starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. local time, while the public sale begins on Saturday at 10 a.m. local time.

In honor of Khalid’s recent dog adoption and his realization of “how important humane shelters are and how powerful animal adoption can be,” a portion of the proceeds of every tour ticket sold will be donated to a local animal shelter.
