If you’ve ever wanted to look just like Blake Lively, all you have to do is follow her latest advice: do nothing and eat whatever you want.

In a new interview with Vogue Paris the 26-year-old “The Town” actress revealed that she doesn’t have to work to maintain her movie star figure. When prompted by the magazine to reveal her “special diet,” the former “Gossip Girl” TV star claimed her slim figure is obtained naturally. “I’m lucky to have an active lifestyle,” she said.

While the California native has recently secured the role as the new face of L’Oreal cosmetics, Lively claims she isn’t employing a fitness regime or changing her eating habits for the gig. “I'm always on the go. I don't need to have a (trainer) or pay attention to what I eat,” she said, adding, “I can't start my day without a cup of hot milk chocolate or finish without crunching a few dark chocolate squares. It's good for my morale."

Despite the actress refusing to implement a fitness regime into her personal life, celebrity trainer Bobby Storm revealed that the star did employ his help to get into superhero shape for the 2011 action film “Green Lantern,” alongside her former co-star and now husband, actor Ryan Reynolds. “This was new for her,” Storm told InStyle, backing up the actress’s claims that she doesn’t work out in her down time. “Blake had never done a regimented routine with a trainer before. Believe it or not her body began to change in only three weeks,” he said.

Last month, L’Oreal Paris announced that Lively would take on the role as their newest ambassador and face of their upcoming makeup campaign. “From their versatile and motivational Brand Ambassadors, to all the women who proudly wear L’Oreal Paris each day. I grew up with the inspiration of the message, ‘We’re worth it,’” said Lively in a statement, adding that she is both “thrilled” and “honored” by the brand deal.
