Tinder announced subscription service Tinder Gold, which brings exclusive features to the mobile dating app. Tinder Gold isn’t available yet but will begin testing in Canada, Australia, Argentina and Mexico in “coming days.”

Tinder Gold is an available upgrade to the current Tinder Plus subscription service and the free version of the dating app. One of the most pronounced new features available with a Tinder Gold membership is the ability to see who already “Likes You.”

Tinder Gold members will be able to see people who’ve already “liked” them by going to the app’s new “Likes You” section. From there, users will be able to see a grid of profiles users can browse vertically. Users will also be able to auto-match, dismiss or click on each person to view their profile.

“Think of it as your personal Swipe Right concierge — available 24/7 — bringing all of your pending matches to you,” Tinder said on its blog post.

People that already have liked you will have a gold heart icon right beside their name. So Tinder Gold users can simply continue swiping through the app all day while also seeing immediately who’s already liked them.

“Tinder Gold members are interested in taking advantage of all the features Tinder has to offer,” Brian Norgard, chief product officer at Tinder, told TechCrunch.

“They’re using the app to meet new people, and Likes You makes that easier and more efficient than ever by letting users know when someone is interested. Likes You builds on previous features like Boost to help users optimize their time – and go from matching in app to getting together in the real world.”

The ability to see who likes you on Tinder has long been a requested feature by users. There are actually unofficial third-party apps that can hack the Tinder app to make it possible. It just makes a lot of sense for Tinder finally to introduce that feature officially for its dating services.

In addition to seeing people who’ve already liked you, Tinder Gold also will include all the features that are available from Tinder Plus. This includes unlimited swipes, rewinding swipes, unlimited likes and five “Super Likes” a day.

Unfortunately, Tinder didn’t discuss the pricing for a Tinder Gold membership. The company’s current subscription service, Tinder Plus, costs $9.99 a month for users who are 28 years old and under, and is $19.99 a month for users older than 28.

It’s possible Tinder Gold’s pricing might also be based on a user’s age, but nothing has been confirmed just yet. It’s also very likely that Tinder Gold might cost more than Tinder Plus.

The introduction of Tinder Gold could help the company continue to grow its number of paid users. Estimates suggest Tinder has more than 50 million users worldwide, more than 1 million of them already paying for a Tinder Plus membership. Tinder’s press page states the dating app gets 1.6 billion swipes and 26 million matches a day.
