Apparently HTC is not doing a great job keeping some of their newest, yet-to-be-announced smartphones under wraps.

On back-to-back days, two HTC phones expected to launch on Jan. 9 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas leaked to the media. Android focused blog Droid Life showed 12 photos of the HTC Thunderbolt, which is expected to be a 4G Verizon phone. Following this leak, a Radio Shack advertisement of a Sprint 4G HTC phone, called the Evo Shift, began popping up as well.

Verizon declined to comment. HTC did not respond to a request for comment.

A few months prior, Verizon formally announced their 4G network, launching it in 38 major metropolitan areas. The company said there would be multiple 4G devices by the middle of 2011. The photos of the Thunderbolt on Droid Life show it having a 4.3 inch, a skinny frame and a back drop.

The HTC Evo Shift would be Sprint's second 4G phone after the Evo. The phone is said to have a price point of $150 for a two year contract.
