Huawei announced its Mate 9 smartphone Thursday at a launch event in Munich, Germany. The device will be available in both a standard and Porsche-branded design, which features beefier specs. After several months of rumors, the Huawei Mate 9 is confirmed to have Google’s Daydream VR protocol. It is the first device announced with the protocol since Google officially announced it in October.

The Mate 9 is slated for Asian and European availability and is expected to attract users who would have gone for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. As one of the world’s top manufacturers, Huawei also rivals Apple in several markets.

Check out how the smartphone stacks up to its iOS competitor.
