Playboy model Crystal Harris is currently shacking up with her husband, Hugh Hefner, at the infamous Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, Calif., but the 27-year-old now has a home to call her own. The magazine mogul, 87, recently purchased his wife of less than one year a $5 million home in Beverly Hillls.

Hefner allegedly bought his new wife the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in an effort to make sure she would have a “roof over her head when he is gone,” TMZ reported Thursday. Sources claim that upon Hefner's death, Harris would not have rights to the Playboy Mansion stating that the property is not owned, only rented through Hefner’s company.

While the Beverly Hills property was purchased for the model’s benefit, the home is reportedly being held in trust in the couple's name. TMZ reported that if the couple were to split, Harris would also lose the rights to the newly purchased home. The Huffington Post reported that the home is in the name of Harris’ mother, England native Lee Lovitt.

The 5,917-square-foot property includes a privacy fence, a two-car garage, an infinity pool and views of the Hollywood Hills. RedFin reported the house, with a listing price of $4,995,000, also features a home theater and “smart technology.” Built in 2011, the property originally belong to video game director Jason Rubin, who purchased the home in 2004 for a reported $710,000.

Harris, then 25, broke off her engagement with the Playboy creator just days before their scheduled June 2011 wedding, claiming sex with the senior was an issue and auctioning off her $90,000 engagement ring. The couple reconciled last year, marrying in January on New Year’s Eve at an intimate Playboy Mansion ceremony.
