RTTNews - Tuesday, the Hungarian Central Statistical Office said a report that producer prices rose 6.2% year-on-year in May, after rising 7.2% in the preceding month. Economists expected an increase of 6%. Annually, domestic sales prices rose 1.8%, while export prices were up 9.2%.

Month-on-month, producer prices dropped 2% in May, following a 1.9% fall in the preceding month. Domestic sales prices decreased 0.3%, while export prices were down 3.2%.
