HTC has announced the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade is ready for the Sensation 4G on T-Mobile along with three other devices by the end of March. That means over the air updates should start rolling out by then, so not every Sensation 4G owner will get the upgrade right away. In some ways, this strategy is a bit surprising because so many other HTC phones have come out since the Sensation 4G came out in Spring 2011. The HTC Rezound comes to mind right away because it's one of the most recent, not to mention most expensive, HTC phones around.

In early November, HTC posted a message on their Facebook Page announcing several phones were getting the upgrade, but did not include when it would happen. It seems that message was only a heads up that eventually, the devices listed would get Android 4.0. That the Sensation 4G is getting the update before any of those announced devices also seems a bit incongruous. Right now, the only smartphones running the new system are the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S. Start the slideshow to see what HTC phones will get the update by the end of March. Tell us in the comments if you have one of these phones and what ICS feature you are most looking forward to.
