Is it “Pretty Girls” or petty girls? Iggy Azalea made her big return to Twitter to first set rumors straight about Britney Spears and their single “Pretty Girls,” and then to diss the media who want to get “paid.” The “Fancy” singer took a hiatus from Twitter after dealing with trolls, but said she wanted to connect with her fans and answer some questions. Well, answering fan questions soon turned into a rant.

It's not the first time Azalea has been difficult. The Australian star was apparently hard to work with on the set of "Pretty Girls." "'Pretty Girls' was Britney's song and video but Iggy reportedly totally took it over as if it was hers. Iggy ordered everyone -- including Britney -- around as if she was directing the video,” one source told Us Weekly. "Iggy was difficult with respect to direction of [the] video. Everyone just got fed up and didn’t want to deal with it. Britney, being a veteran artist, was tired of arguing,” another person added.

Azalea then unleashed a tirade Tuesday:

Welcome back to Twitter, Iggy.

Even though Azalea doesn’t think she did anything wrong, it seemed like she lashed out at Spears for their song not doing well on the charts. While the Australian rapper canceled her tour, the “Work B----“ singer is busy with her Las Vegas show.

“It’s difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc.,” Azalea wrote, in a tweet that has now been deleted. “Unfortunately I’m just featured…” It seems suspect that she doesn’t think she did anything wrong, but the tweet was deleted.

Though Spears didn’t directly respond to her, it seemed like she got a dig in with her hashtag. “Can’t wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to... #YouWantAPieceOfMe,” she said.
