Following up on Monday's National Margarita Day, today is another national holiday. It's National Pancake Day, and to celebrate, the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) is offering free pancakes to all.

Customers on Tuesday, February 23, will receive one free short stack (three) of buttermilk pancakes. The free pancakes will be served from 7 am to 10 pm.

To find the IHOP store closest to you, use their IHOP store Locator.

IHOP is asking for donations to local children's hospitals through the Children's Miracle Network charity.

Since beginning its National Pancake Day celebration in 2006, IHOP said it has raised more than $3.25 million to support charities in the communities in which it operates. The franchise aims to raise $5 million in five years for Children's Miracle Network and other local charities through your donations in 2010.
