Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the managing director at the IMF, said the IMF will determine the conditions if Greece asked for a loan program like what happens with any other country. The IMF will wait till Greece asks for an aid as it may be able to shave its debt after getting support from the EU and introducing a wage cut and tax increase plan to reduce the deficit from 12.7% to 8.7% by the end of the current year. Strauss did not specify how much money Greece many need to borrow from the IMF but he mentioned that the loan will rely on a number of country's IMF quota.
