RTTNews - Friday, the Reserve Bank of India revealed in a report that nation's foreign reserves stood at US$ 260,639 billion as on May 22, up from US$ 254,207 billion as on May 15.

At the same time, gold reserves remained unchanged at US$ 9.231 billion. Foreign currency assets amounted to US$ 250,165 billion, larger than the US$ 243,754 billion recorded in the previous week.

Meanwhile, nation's reserve position with the International Monetary Fund increased to US$ 1,242 billion from US$ 1,221 billion.
