RTTNews - India's wholesale prices fell for the first time in three decades, by 1.61% for the week ended June 6, compared to the 0.13% increase for the week ended May 30, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said Thursday. Economists were looking for a decline of 1.48%. A year ago, the rate of inflation was 11.66% in the corresponding week.
