RTTNews - Indonesia's central bank on Friday lowered its key interest rate to 6.75% from 7%, eighth straight month of reduction. The cut was in line with economists' expectations.

The central bank said inflation would be below 5%-7% by the end of 2009. The economy is expected to grow between 3.5% and 4% in 2009.
