Wednesday, the Bank Indonesia said the economic growth is forecast to reach 6%-7% in 2014. Meanwhile, inflation is projected to slow to 4%-5% in 2014, the Economy Outlook report released by the central bank showed.

The economy is expected to grow in the range of 4.5%-5.5% next year, following 3.5%-4.5% expansion this year. The central bank forecasts inflation rate of 6%-7% in 2010 compared to a projected rate of 5%-7% in 2009.
