In a season plagued by injuries, Arsenal have received some encouraging news on the health of some key players as they make their final push to overtake Manchester United in the Premier League table.

Starting midfielders Cesc Fabregas, Alex Song, and Abou Diaby as well as forward Theo Walcott appear to be fit for this Saturday's match against Blackburn Rovers at Emirates Stadium.

They will all be available, said manager Arsene Wenger. I have not decided if they will start the game yet but they will all be available.

The London club received more good news as attackers Robin van Persie, Aaron Ramsey, and Nicklas Bendtner are all in decent health after suffering mild injuries in international duty. All three will have tests on Friday morning before Wenger can make a firm decision for their Saturday status.

Arsenal still have players who will be inactive. Midfielder Denilson remains sidelined. Meanwhile, goalkeeping remains a trouble spot as Lukasz Fabianski and Wojciech Szczesny have not recovered from injuries.

Central defender Thomas Vermaelen also remains sidelined, but Johan Djourou did not need reconstructive surgery on his shoulder, so he might be back before the end of the season.
