Summer is almost here, which has everyone itching for a vacation. Those unable to get away can join celebrity hair stylist Larry Simms and his six closest friends as they travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for an unforgettable vacation together on the Bravo series “Invite Only Cabo.”

Their journey South of the border was not without a few bumps in the road, of course. Agu Ukaogo, a model and personal trainer who is also Larry’s wingman, compares the show to a “Real Housewives” vacation— specifically “the Atlanta show.” Speaking with the International Business Times, he promised major drama ahead.

“The biggest cause of drama would probably be myself,” he admitted. “I’m very involved because I have a love interest on the show, but I kind of dabble back and forth.”

Although he plays a major part in stirring up the drama on “Invite Only Cabo,” Agu revealed that perhaps the biggest cause of contention comes simply from clashes within the group. He told IBT that Larry’s “a very dynamic person,” has a lot of friends, and that bringing those different groups of people together wasn’t easy.

“[Larry] has a lot of different circles so knowing that, there was a lot of worry about who was going to be on the trip, were we going to get along?” Agu said. “We’re all from different circles, different areas in Larry’s life, so that had me a little concerned.”

“Invite Only Cabo” kicked off on May 15. In the first episode alone, there were hookups and an all-out feud between Emily Moses and Kamani Alana. The trip only heated up from there as Kamani went for Larry’s girl, Bianca Banks.

When all was said and done, however, Agu said the trip — and the drama that ensued — was worth it. Not only did it bring together groups of people that may not have otherwise met, but it gave him and Larry the chance to strengthen their bond. Despite the feuds within the group, Agu said they all have one special thing in common.

“No matter where we all come from in life, if there’s one person we all consider our best friend, there’s one thing we can all find in each other to make us friends as well,” he said.

Agu told IBT “Invite Only Cabo” isn’t just about the drama however. He, Larry and the rest of the cast also had a lot of fun. He revealed the group also went on wild adventures together and experienced new things, and he’s excited to share that with viewers.

“The best part of the trip was the adventures. We went flyboarding, ATVing, surfing — we just had a lot of fun,” Agu teased. “Although there was drama, you’re also gonna see a lot of great moments. It’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna be exciting.”

For those considering their own real-life version of “Invite Only Cabo,” Agu shared a little advice with viewers, saying that the key to surviving is to just go with the flow.

“Just go in there with an open mind and an open heart and pray for the best,” he laughed.

Tune in to “Invite Only Cabo” Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo. Be sure to follow Agu on Twitter, as well as the rest of the cast, as they break down the drama this season online.
